Welcome to Neptune House

Make yourself at home in one of our 23 spacious, comfortably-appointed condo-style units equipped with full-sized kitchens located in two buildings. We have 2 studio units, 13 one-bedroom units, and 8 two-bedroom units. Every unit has a porch or patio. Master bedrooms feature queen-sized beds. Each one-bedroom unit has a pull-out sofa that can sleep two additional people. Part of our charm is that no two units are exactly alike.

Master bedrooms feature queen-sized beds; second bedrooms in the two-bedroom units have twin beds and two-bedroom unit has a pull-out sofa that can sleep two additional people. Part of our charm is that no two units are exactly alike.

Max Occupancy 4, sleeps 2 privately. Queen Bed along with a Queen side sleeper sofa. Neptune House is a 3-season resort on Block Island, RI located a short distance from the ferry landing in Old Harbor. Our living units are all condo-style units with full kitchens. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, fire pits, a tennis/pickleball court, gas BBQ grills, picnic tables, a game room, and a lending library of books, Pool/beach towels are provided. The pool is open during the entire resort year (mid-April through early November)
