One-bedroom units are housed in the L building, and can be located on either the first, second or third floor. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, one armchair, and flat screen TV; the dining table seats 6; a bonus room off the dining area is furnished with a Twin bed and trundle. A full bath (shower only) is located in the hall behind the kitchen. The private bedroom is furnished with a King bed, plus offers a full bathroom.

A three bedroom unit that features a king size bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in one guest room and a trundle bed in the other guest room. The unit includes a fully-furnished kitchen, three bathrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa. Living area, dining area, cable TV with DVD player, hair dryers and complimentary wireless internet. This room has a maximum occupancy of 8 and sleeps 6 privately.

Two-bedroom units are housed in the K building, and can be located on either the first, second or third floor. Each unit has an L-Shaped kitchen with a counter bar that opens to the dining area. The dining table seats 6, and 3 bar stools serve the counter bar area. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and flat screen TV. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and flat screen TV, plus offers a full bathroom and direct balcony access. The guest bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds and shares access to a full hall bathroom.
